Our team
Founded by Cissy Watkins, the Blue Hope Foundation believes in creating lasting hope for children. This work could not be done alone. Meet the team dedicated to empowering youth with the support and resources they need to thrive, feel confident, and reach their fullest potential.

Cissy Watkins
Over a decade ago, Cissy felt called to support young people in their journeys. She started by personally funding school supplies for high school students transitioning to college. Seeing the impact that small acts of support could make inspired her to do more.
In 2022, her vision grew to include partnerships with local elementary schools, ensuring that even the youngest students had the resources they needed to thrive. Then, in 2024, she launched the Blue Hope Foundation, channeling her entrepreneurial spirit into empowering children and fostering brighter futures. Through the foundation, she provides school supplies, mentorship programs, wellness initiatives, and special projects like the Christmas Hope Project, which brings joy and support to families during the holiday season.
As the owner of Cissy's Indian Trail Pack 'N' Post, she extends her impact in the community every day. Everything she does is guided by her faith and the promise in Jeremiah 29:11. This work is her passion, her purpose, and her way of building a legacy of hope and empowerment for the next generation.
